Alex Anderson has been involved in the Finance and Real Estate industry for over a decade. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker and has a Diploma in Financial Planning. A few short years after moving from his hometown in Melbourne, he established Chesswork Group in 2016.
He quickly built up a successful Mortgage Broking business called Chesswork Finance. He built a substantial client base, most of which came by word of mouth and are returned customers. After over 5 years of excelling in the Mortgage Broking industry, he launched the Real Estate Agency, Chesswork Property in 2021.
This exciting new venture has brought him another step closer to his vision of creating a one stop shop for all things property and finance.

Darren has been working in Finance since 2015 and joined at Chesswork Finance as Mortgage Broker in 2017. He obtained a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and went on to complete a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is currently a member of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia).
He specialises in finding finance solutions for First Home Buyers, Owner Occupier Purchases, Property Investors, Mortgage Refinances, Debt Consolidation and Construction Loans. He is also well versed at arranging finance for Personal Loans, Car Loans and Asset Finance.
He prides himself on being hardworking and solution focused, willing to take on any situation, with no situation being too technical nor too simple for him to take on.

Daria joined the team at Chesswork Finance in 2022. Originally hailing from New Zealand, Daria moved to Australia in 2014 and has had an extremely varied and interesting working background. She has worked in country towns across rural Western Australia and got her hands dirty in the agricultural sector. More recently, she was involved in the medical sector and this life experience has moulded her ability to connect with people from all types of socio-economic statuses and cultural backgrounds.
After trying several different professions, Daria has come to realise that she is most interested in helping people. She also a determined and driven person who always keen to solve the hardest problem that comes her way. She has also proven to be a fast learner but has maintained the humility to research at great lengths to find a solution that isn’t always obviously.
She has fast become a valued member of the team that demonstrated a genuine desire to help our clients achieve their needs and objectives.
